i think this is one of the best flash on NG but, crap it looks like shit on low-quality, oh well i can view on a faster PC

Yes, except for the FAQ hasnt been updated in so long, that (most) of the information is wrong...
THIS on the other hand, has stuff the FAQ doesn't even have.
